Files upload but return annoying error msg

Hello, I have everything setup on my site and it does work but after I upload a photo it not only shows the Success message but it shows the failed upload message 2 or three times…Looks horrible. I have cleared all the custom msgs except for the success message but they’re still showing. Have also cleared my cache with no success
