Filling Forms and clicking on picture doesnt work

    Hi,

    This plugin is excellent, I only had to make some adjustments to address a few messy parts. However, I’m unable to resolve an issue where customers can’t click on the level pictures of the building. The form is created in WPForms, and I added six pictures to it. Normally, when you click on a picture, a green check mark should appear.

    Could you please help me with this issue?

    We have checked the requested issue, and it seems like the issue is not caused by 10Web Booster. For testing purposes, we enabled Test Mode from your 10Web Dashboard for a short time and the issue was still present.

    Will you please kindly check the issue with the form plugin support?

    it seems that it comes from the image optimization. You can’t see the problem anymore cause i turned this feature off, but that leads into a lower Core Web Vital Score (around 70 pts). i couldnt leave it like that since i need this form for my Offer Requests these are essential for me and would cause a financial damage for me. But it is defintely from the Plugin it i turn the image optimization on again it will cause the problem again

    Hi, i think i could solve it.
    Probably it was because of other Optimization plugins which 10Web Booster recommend to deactivate.

    But now i have the problem that my score is quite low.
    i cant get over 60-70 Points for mobile and Desktop

    Hi @manegr , i did but im receving another results:

    Additionally, I installed the Hummingbird Plugin to resolve the CSS issue. I discovered that there was an old ‘advanced cache’ file, which I removed via FTP. Unfortunately the Hummingbird Plugins could’nt solve the Problem with the LCP so i removed it again. But could this “advanced cache file” be the reason why 10Web couldn’t achieve 100%? Or was this file from 10Web, and once I deleted it, the plugin created a new ‘fresh’ one?

    Upon investigation we can see the website has a great speed when successfully cached. Will you please consider adding a CDN to the website?

    Hi @manegr,

    i made a redesign of my Homepage but now the plugin is destroying my WPForms Formular.
    It seems that i only have the option: fat and large icons (cloud, check mark) or a defect formular.
    You can check if you clear the cache.
    And the Subnavigation doesnt work either but its weird that it doen’t work only at the homepage

    Could you please check?

    I don’t face issues with the website appearance. Will you please clear your browser cache and recheck?

    What refers to the navigation menu, it has issues even when 10Web Booster is disabled. Please, kindly reconsider developing it again using other tools.

    Hi @manegr,
    i feel stupid everytime i write anything.
    Maybe you can clarify how 10Web works because when i wrote the Reply it doesn’t work.
    i cleared a few time the cache, switched in 10Web from Extreme to another and waited a few hours and then it suddenly worked. Does 10Web need his time until it optimize the Website how it supposed to be?

    And for the navigation menu it works if i switch for example to contact and then hover over the submenu and then it opens. It only doesnt work at the Homepage

    @manegr i just found out that all the issues came with “critical css”. if its deactivated i have the broken formular, my logo is on the far left and some colour issue with the text – BUT the Subnavigation is working. If i turn it on all the issues are fixed except that the submenu doesnt work.

    When Critical CSS is disabled, please, also disable Aggregate CSS option. Depending on the website you may also need to disable Minify CSS.

    Hi @manegr,
    im done with troubleshooting now. I found out that i had a Plugin called “WP Super Minify” which is responsible for: “Minifies, caches and combine inline JavaScript and CSS files to improve page load time.”. My Menu is working now but now that i deactivated the plugin i wont get a 90+ Score on my website anymore. Hope you can help me
