Filling out forms and adding to a page

  • Hi, I’m looking for a plugin, where a form would be filled out, and after submitting it it would be added to that page.

    Meaning, for my IT business, I will have a client are for my clients, and there each client will have access to their info, including info on each computer, brand, operating system, processor etc…

    What I need is for the client, on their page, select computers… a new page opens with a list of computers he has. If you click on one, a description of it would appear, brand, operating system, processor etc… And, here’s what I need, a add new computer button, where a form with the fields brand, operating system, processor etc… would load. The user would fill out the form and this new computer would be added to the computer listing.

    I’ve been having a hard time finding a plugin for this, mainly because I don’t even know exactly how to search for it…
