Filmstrip not displaying correctly

    I’ve added a filmstrip to a slider, but it is not displaying as expected. First, it is cropping the slider itself; if I don’t have the filmstrip, the slider’s height is as expected. Also, there is a large gap between the slider and the filmstrip, and I didn’t expect that, given the example shown on the web-dorado site.

    The site is: marketingforresorts.com/ . I have put two sliders on that page; the first is the non-filmstrip slider and the second is the filmstrip version. They are duplicates of each other, to assure that the images used were the same.

    We are close to showing the site to the client, and recently purchased the pro version for the filmstrip feature, which at the moment, isn’t working as expected ??

    I just noticed another issue; the thumbnails are not the size they are supposed to be. They are set to 100×39 but dev tools inspection shows they are 39×15.

    Will do. I have another issue I’ll enter in there separately, it’s with the plugin’s wp-admin UI. Lower priority though, since it’s merely a difficulty but doesn’t actually cause problems on the site itself.

    Our developers have checked the problem, this seems to be a bug in Slider WD. Therefore, they will fix the issue in the next update of the plugin.

    I have installed a Filmstrip on my website. Before, everything was going fine. But now, It is not working as a filmstrip anymore. I dont know why. I have installed MetaSlider.

    I dont wish to have thumbnails in the bottom but a wide filmstrip!

    Is there any plugin that could help.
