    What filter?

    You could look at hooking into the save_post action and send an email when a download post_type is saved.

    I want filter all user that buy a special product.
    For example i have 20 products and 100 people buy product1. after a month i want resend the new version of file for them. i want filter this 100 buyer that buy product1 from all buyer and resend the new version of file for them.

    In Downloads > Payment History, you can enter the ID of the product prefixed with a # in order to show all payments that included a specific product. Once you’ve done that, you can use the “Resend Purchase Receipt” bulk action.

    For example, if your product ID is 364, you would enter #364 in the search field.
