I did watch that video and others. The issue is the 3 fields – min,max,step fields do not show when you choose acf connection. Here is a screenshot – https://ibb.co/mChB1W0

Please note that the values for min, max, and step need to be set in the ACF settings itself, as shown in this image – https://prnt.sc/imeEFe73wVhF. The WP Filter widget will automatically fetch these values from there.
