Option “Use it for attributes values to display more correct count” exactly what you need for it, plugin do not have any other option for this.

Please check that add-on “Additional tables” enabled in plugin settings -> Add-ons tab.

Hello,

Enabeling this option in combination with additional tables causes a high server load. The site will be inaccessible short after enabling this option.

When I disable additional tables and enable “Use it for attributes values to display more correct count” the site will work, but getting very slow. Disabeling “Use it for attributes values to display more correct count” will make the website fast again.

By “site will work, but getting very slow” you mean any page or only specific pages(eg shop, category) or only after filtering?

First of all you need to generate additional tables. They was added to speed up the filtering. Use it for attributes values to display more correct count without additional tables can work slow.

When enabling “Additional tables” in combination with “Use it for attributes values to display more correct count” will result in high load on the whole server. So not only a specific page, the whole server.

The problem seems to be fixed installing the update from yesterday. But now we are encountering another problem. Filtering on attributes with “-” in the slug will not working anymore. Example: https://www.kiwioutdoor.nl/product-categorie/schoenen/schoenen-heren/?filters=maat%5B8_5%5D

Filtering on attributes with “-” in the slug is working.
Filtering on attributes with “_” in the slug is not working as it is used for the sliders. Please change it to “-”.
