Filter Attributes of Simple Products

    Can Plugin Filter custom Attributes of Simple Products, or do we need to change to Variable Products. Will there be any big speed difference between either, other than variable products will create a bigger db/site size etc. need a fast solution for site with large number of products as Simple Products with custom attributes not global, and idea would like to keep them like that.

    Hello

    There are no filters that work adequately with custom non-global attributes

    For the filter you should use global attributes (taxonomies) and it doesn’t matter the type of product
