Filter button no longer working (mobile only)

    Hi OceanWP,

    Thank you for your great theme.

    We have been using the “Filter” button which you offer for the WooCommerce page, which has been doing a great job!
    We did however notice that suddenly on mobile, it doesn’t work anymore.

    For some reason, it looks like the page “refreshes” instead.

  • Hello,

    It seems the plugin conflict issue. Try to disable all the nonocean plugins and check if it is working or not. If yes, enable the one-by-one plugin, and refresh the page after enabling each plugin, to check the conflict issue.

    Go to Theme Panel > Scripts & styles, disable all the files click on the save button, now enable all the files, and click on the save button a couple of times, and check.

    PS- make sure to enable all the scripts & styles files.
