Filter by availability date

  • Hello guys,

    I want to ask if it’s possible to filter products by availability date?

    I’m building a clothes rental website and need a filter where my clients can choose availability and sizes. Here is an example: https://www.raineyscloset.com/ (just under the header)

    Hello,

    We have option to filter by date. It require specific data save and it has 2 fields from and to. You could hide option from and leave second visible. This will work.

    Okay, so just before buying I want to make sure that it would be possible to add a date filter on the home page. And after the client chooses the date it will redirect to woocommerce store.

    Hello,

    Paid version has Search Box option in the group. There you can add needed filters and show it on the site. When filters selected and user click Search button, he will be redirected to the selected page with products pre-filtered with the date selection.

    I just downloaded your premium plugin. I created a date filter, but not sure how can I make it work. In the product pages I can’t see where can I fill availability dates.

    Hello Domas,

    You can create a text attribute and use it for the filter. Add this attribute to the products with the date structure described on the filter page.

    Sorry, did not really understand you. Do I need to create attributes for every single day of the year? Maybe you have some guide of date filters?

    Create 1 attribute eg Date.
    Add values with structure YYYYMMDD eg 20220120
    Create a filter with this attribute and Style Datepicker – https://imgur.com/a/NvawG4M
    Add this attribute to the products – https://imgur.com/a/5VSOycT
    Add filter to the sidebar or to the group(if you are using group) to show on the front-end.

    So do I need to create values for every single day of the year?

    And if customer orders that product, do I need to manually delete that date from the product attributes?

    Our filters are showing values based on the products. If there are no products with date X it will not be shown.
