Filter by Backorder for Variations

    Hi – I am in my backend area of the products and when I click filter by backorder no products are showing even thought I have several variations set to “On Backorder.” Can I get some help here?

    Hi there!

    The link you provided requires someone to log into your site – and seeing as this is public forum, you’d likely need to get in touch with a contracted web developer to take a closer look.

    In general, the first thing would be to rule out any conflicts with 3rd party themes/plugins. To do that, you’ll want to check if you’re still experiencing the same issue after deactivating all of your plugins (except WooCommerce) and switching to the default [Twenty Nineteen](https://www.ads-software.com/themes/twentynineteen/) theme.
