Filter by Post Topic

I saw that on another posting that someone requested filtering by post-type. This was something I also needed, so I updated the plugin to allow for filtering by post-type. It can be found github – https://github.com/TechGnome/custom-related-posts. The changes were actually pretty trivial once I got my head wrapped around how it all worked. It could probably be advanced – currently only supports filtering by a single post type, but that suited my needs, so I didn’t take it any further.
Cool plugin though! It actually solved an issue I was having with some data where the different types aren’t suited to being put into a single post type – but once you do that you start to lose the connectivity between them. The fact that this is a manual relationship manager is also good since I don’t want links being made unless specifically told to do so.
