Filter by price on oceanwp not filtering

  • Hello, I am using the WooCommerce widget “filter by price” in the sidebar but it’s not filtering… The number to filter are from 1 to 18. The slider moves only to 10. Why? Is there a way I can show only products from 1 to 7 for instance?
    Can anyone help?

    Please share the page URL to check the issue.

    and try to switch to the default theme like twentytwenty and check if it is working with that or not.

    Thank you for your reply @abhikr781 .
    I switched it like you said but nothing changed.
    Like I said in my previous message, the filter it’s working on some pages (tags, categories…), but here for instance https://www.canitoscani.it/cani/ (that would be my full-width shop page of the theme https://store.oceanwp.org/shop-full-width/) it’s not working. And since in there there’s all the products showing, I would need some sort of filter to reduce the selection of products.
    The website is under construction and I had it hidden. I just deactivated the coming soon mode to show the page to you.

    UPDATE: ….Well, I just realized that after deactivating and reactivating the theme the filter it’s now not working even on the other pages where previously it was working ??????
