filter by unanswered questions

    I want my call center team to answer all unanswered questions in the backoffice /wp-admin/admin.php?page=cr-qna

    Is there a way to filter unanswered questions there?

    Currently, we don’t support an option to filter unanswered questions. I will forward this ticket to the development team to consider supporting this in future updates.
