Filter by username

Hi,

I have a table of about 4,000 rows, with the username of users as one of the columns. I need to make it so that each user only sees their row (that is, the one with their username in it). Please help. I’ve searched for answers online and most are way above my head on how to do it. I’m willing to pay for support.
