Filter categories when user is not admin

  • Is there a way to filter the post categories admin page when the user is not an admin?

    I want to have an editor role to add new subcategories to the taxonomy but I am also using some categories that I want them to be fixed so I don’t want to be messed.

    For example, an admin can see the following categories:

    BOOKS
+ (Subcategories)
TV/DVD
+ (Subcategories)
MOVIES
+ (Subcategories)

    but an editor (or a username) should see only MOVIES (+ subcategories) and add/delete only the children of movies.
