• Hey,

My shop has a 4 column layout but when i use the filter only one column with a giant imagem is displayed. I believe this was working before and i didn’t change anything so maybe it was a plugin upgrade that started this issue.

If i refresh the page with the giant column it goes backs to normal with the filter apllied.

    Thanks for the help!

    Hi,

This issue seems to be caused by your theme, it may not be compatible with Ajax filtering, because if you refresh the page the products are showing normal, see screen-recording: https://share.getcloudapp.com/JruxO41j please try deactivating your third-party plugins, except WooCommerce or plugins required by your theme to load the products, if that doesn’t help, please contact your theme’s developers and let them know about this issue.

    Hi there,

I’ve got the same problem with a customer site, which was build with Elementor. But the filtering was with the WooCommerce default and not with AJAX or any other plugin.

    Thanks for the help!

    Hi @dannarmer

Our plugin is using AJAX to filter the products, so if your Theme is not compatible or have conflicts with our filter, then you can see if the products show up on refresh it means your theme is not compatible with AJAX filtering.

    Hey @themifyme !

I’ve been talking with the Astra theme support team and Elementor support team and the issue doesn’t seem to be on their side.

Since the same behavior is happening also on the default Storefront theme, that means this is not theme-related.

Also after deactivating plugins and themes, leaving just Elementor, Elementor Pro, Woocommerce and Themify plugin, the issue still persists. The searching filter is not reloading all layout files needed. This means the issue comes from the Themify plugin, right? I think I have the newest update/compatibility patch so I’m not sure where to look next. Can you help?

    Hi @diogosantos41

Could you test StoreFront Theme without Elementor? We have our main demo on StoreFront and it works there, see on our demo: https://themify.me/demo/themes/wc-product-filter/ or do you see the same issue on our demo too?

    Hi @themifyme!

I do have the same problem (Elementor with Hello-Theme) . Did you find a solution?

    Thanks, Markus

    Hi Markus,

To test this issue you should try without Elementor, e.g. with StoreFront Theme ( the official WooCommerce Theme ), but do not use Elementor to test if the issue is caused by the Theme you’re using or caused by Elementor.

    Hi @allistllc

To test this issue you should try without Elementor ( both Elementor plugin and the Hello Theme to be disabled ), e.g. with StoreFront Theme ( the official WooCommerce Theme ), but do not use Elementor to test if the issue is caused by the Theme you’re using or caused by Elementor.

    I’m using Themify with Elementor.
    Theme: OceanWP.

I’m using the Products widget of Elementor (pro) to display products (not archive products).

Make sure your define the amount of products you want to display, in my case 5 columns and 4 rows (elementor widget). Make sure to sync these settings with themify filter, that is, products per page = 20.

    5 * 4 = 20, pagination as usual

I think a mismatch of total amount can cause this problem you’re describing.
