Filter Content with custom fields

Is there any chance to filter the content by custom fields? I’m aware that there is a possibility to filter it by tags or categorys but what I want is this:

I write a post about a product and create the custom fields BRAND, COLOUR PRICE, with the values NIKE, GREEN and 199.

Now I want to show in my sidebar a headline BRAND with a list of all values I wrote in the custom field “BRAND” in any post (NIKE, ADIDAS, etc.) a headline “COLOUR” … and so on. For the price I want to have something like <50 , 50-100, 100-200, 200>

Now the user can click multiple of these values. He starts by clicking NIKE and in my content area only the posts with NIKE as value for the custom field BRAND are shown. Then he clicks GREEN and only green nike products show up. I thing it’s clear what I want ??
The question is: is it (and if yes how) possible to do this? Or is there any plugin dealing with this problem?
