Filter customer does not work with names and surnames

    Hi, I noticed that the filter in the Bookings section does work only using exact email ([email protected])

    If I try to search by Name only, it does not show any result. Same for Surname only. Same for Name Surname written exactly as shown in the booking list.

    Can you please address this?

    Hello,

    The Customer selectbox can only search through registered users.

    If your customers are making bookings without account, you cannot search for customers.

    You can filter the bookings with the exact email address indeed, because it is used as the user identifier in that case, but you need to type it entirely.

    You can deactivate booking without account in

    • Booking Activities > Booking forms > your form > go tot the “User data” field settings > No Account > Allowed = OFF
    • (If you are using WooCommerce) WooCommerce > Settings > Account & Privacy > uncheck “Allow customers to place orders without an account”
