The filter works fine, except for the subcategories/child categories pages. The filter just dissapears on those pages, can’t figure out why is that happening.

I’m using the plugin with the shortcode in the sidebar.

    I’m using the Divi theme.

    Thanks!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello

On the category page, the filter shows only child categories

This is a very logical behavior. On the category page, you can show ONLY products that belong to the category OR child category. It makes sense to show only child categories( of the current category ), because clicking on any other category will always give zero products )

In another case this is not a filter – this menu

    I have, the same problem.

My little hierarchy has a father and three children. If I select the father, then I can choose between any of the three children. But if I select a child the filter disappears and does not allow me to change to select another child

    Hello @pavloborysenko

There is a way to avoid this behavior?

    Hello @anacona16

Yes. Use woocommerce widget – https://c2n.me/435aGkl.png
