Filter does not display products

    1. I am using flatsome theme and for now using the free YITH WOOCOMMERCE AJAX PRODUCT FILTER to see how it is working for us before we purchase.

    2. We past a custom preset “hats” filter to a “custom page” call HATS .

    3. The preset hats filter we created include “product category” taxonomy and a single “Hats” term As you can see in the attached picture

    4. Despite all the settings I can not see products on the page just the filter

    We really like to purchase the filter but we like to see if it working like expected.
    We prefer not to send the photos here in an open conversation, we will be happy to receive a support email and attach the photos there.

    Hi @goldatlas if I understand fine you are using the FREE version and works fine, right? If yes, you can choose the commercial one without problems and you don’t lost anything.
