it seems, that the filter doesnt work correctly.

    Hi Oliver,
There may be case that result may be combination of two filters acting same time.
Can you give an example where you see the issue so that I can understand problem faster.

    Thanks and Regards

No, even when i pick one filter.

Example on the site i shared in my first post: category “Essen & Trinken”
The Filter shows 3 Coupons, but the category has currently 6 active coupons. (as you see below the filter widget)

can you export coupon in csv and check whether 6 coupons has category “Essen & Trinken”

    (@oliverschr)

Yes they all have the same category. in csv (Essen & Trinken)

Some Coupons dont have a date – i just tested it with a date. Now, the filter shows only 2 Coupons.

Thank you very much for testing this. I apreciate this!
    it is strange, but helpful.
So i guess it has something to do with wp rocket or another plugin.
I′ll have to do some tests. I also updated my php version to 8.0 – maybe that′s the point….

Just to save a basic question:
This is the right shortcode? [affcoups search_filters=”true”]

    Hi,
i think i got it and wanted to let you know what was wrong.

the missing coupons were very old (2018….)
i republished them and the filter shows all coupons.

anyway – thank you again for your support!

    Wow!
    Thanks for letting me know.

    Kind regards!

    Hello,

I have the same issue. In admin I have about 50 active coupons but on frontend are visible only some of them. I have active pagination too.

I tried to find reason of problem. Coupons which were added with older versions of plugin about year ago not showing. The only newer coupons are showing. So probably is there some incompatibility with older versions. When I republish coupon with current date it fix issue. But when you have hundreds of coupons it’s quite problem.`

    Kind regards

    Hi,
I will check if I can simulate the issue at my end to find out the problem.
Meanwhile , if you can tell me older version plugin, which you are referring, it will be great help.
    Regards
