Thank you for such a great plugin! I have used other before before but this is by far the best.

I have implemented a filter set for sorting products and just had a quick question. When viewing on a mobile the filters button is shown, but is it possible to just show the search fields directly without having to activated it with a button press? or alternatively, is there an easy way to style or rename the button to avoid confusion in the design I have implemented it in?

    Many thanks and best wishes

    Hi @shuttleuk

Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything plugin.

With the free version, you can turn off collapse filter options from the filters -> Settings -> General. So you will have just all the filters there without any button.

With the PRO version, you can place a couple of filter sets on one page, so you could just place the search filter outside as a separate filter widget.

Brilliant! thanks for the rapid reply.

And is it possible to somehow edit the “Filter” text on the button to “Search”, if I chose to keep it? Or would I have to use a css approach?

    Thanks again ??

    Hi @shuttleuk

You can use templates overriding – https://filtereverything.pro/resources/templates-overriding/ and you would need to work with the – filters-button.php file.
