• When I am creating a Gutenverse Gallery in the Frontend the Filter works. Although when I publlish the website the filter is not working anymore. The buttons for the filter category are not clickable and therefore no filter option can be chosen.

  • I am having the same problem. I am using the Photology theme. Not only does the filtering not work, but when I go to view the site, the pictures won’t zoom and the show more button isn’t working. It’s entirely functional. I have also noticed that when I set the show more to a number higher than 2, save it, and then go back in, it reverts back to the default of 2. The issue started after the most recent plugin update. I can’t see anything I’ve done that would keep it from functioning. I am also building a site with the Intrace theme, but it’s not an issue there (so far, fingers crossed). I posted the issue to the Gutenverse FB page several days ago and have yet to get a response.

    Hello @lebengut @kristiebergmann,
It might be because the plugin caches your site using. The site might be still using the old cache file. That makes it unable to find the js files. When your site cannot find the js, it will return an error and the functionality will not work. To fix this you can try clearing your site cache.

Here is the image of the error on your site. The url of of the request is different.

Here is the request URL when it runs normally.

putra1arya?I tried clearing the site cache but the error is still there. I even cleared out my browser cache, quite chrome, reopened it, and logged back in. The error is still there when i go to inspect it.

    Hi @kristiebergmann,
Could you please disable your plugins one by one to identify which plugin is causing the URL change?

putra1arya?OK, I went through all of them. It appears to be the WordPress Page Optimize plugin, which is automatically installed by WP. So there must be a conflict with the newest version of the Photology theme. I’m also building a site with Intrace, which doesn’t have this problem. That’s why I think it’s theme-related.

    Hello @kristiebergmann @lebengut,
Could you provide us with your Gutenverse System Status? I can’t find the plugin with the exact name in the www.ads-software.com plugin library.
Could you create the same topic in their support too?

    @putra1arya

The plugin is called Page Optimize (Version is 0.5.6). Description is “Optimizes JS and CSS for faster page load and render in the browser.” It’s a plugin installed by WordPress. I’ll see about putting it up in the WP forum.

    Here is my system status:

    Hi,
I’ve reviewed their support resources but, unfortunately, couldn’t find a solution that addresses this issue directly.

Since this appears to be related to the other plugin, the best course of action would be to raise this matter in their support forum: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/page-optimize/#new-topic-0. This will ensure that their team is made aware and can work towards a resolution more quickly.

If there’s anything else I can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to let me know. I appreciate your understanding!

    Hi,
    I found another solution.
There is a setting in Page Optimized that can make you exclude the js file from concatenating. You can turn this off. You can find this settings in Settings > Performance
