filter for Social Image URL?

Hi,
Is there a filter for social image url so that I can modify the value inserted into my pages?

I am using hierarchical pages to create Event sites. When outputting the social meta info into the page, I want to get the value in this order:
1. first check if the current page has the value set
2. if not, check if the parent page has a social image url and use that
3. if that’s not set either, fallback to using the featured image, if it’s set

I believe currently the plugin does 1 and 3 but I also want it to do step 2. Any thoughts on how I could get it to do that?
