Filter hook for custom fields

  • Hello. I am developing a plugin that add links inside acf content. I need to add a filter on a hook that is triggered when the custom field content is displayed. I tried to use acf/load_value, but this filter is also called when the forms are populated on wp-admin. Is there any hook I can use that is triggered only when a custom field is displayed ?
