Filter images by aspect ratio?

  • Is there a way to filter by aspect ratio?
    Or by landscape vs. portrait?

    Looking to only have images that are in landscape format.
    Not vertical (phone photo style).

    Would be great if you could add functionality to allow admins to exclude non-desired aspect ratios. Or choose to prefer landscape or portfolio dimensions.

    Unfortunately, Google do not have option to search images orientation.
    Pixabay have this option (cf https://imgur.com/UZuYeCt) but there is only this bank currently ??

    I will work soon on the plugin v3, with new features. I may include this new feature in order to calculte ratios images.

    Since the image to be acquired is heavy, I would like to make the image 200×200 by automatic cropping.

    Hello Jonney,

    Have you tried to set up sizes as “icon”, “medium” or “large” into Google Image settings?

    By the way, a new version (3.0) for the plugin is coming, and the control of images weight will be included. The release has been delayed, I have good hope to release it in January.
