Filter is hiding after product filtering

  • Hi folks,

    Thank you for this awesome plugin. On my website, when I am clicking on any filter to filter the product it is filtering the product list but the filter hides automatically. I am getting an error in console. Please click below link to see screenshot.

    Hi there,

    probably you have a cache issue. Try to go in YITH > Ajax Product Filter and save the plugin option again, in this way you’ll regenerate all plugin options. After that try to clean your cache/CDN in order.

    Hi,

    I have again saved all options of the plugin. Regarding the cache/CDN, I am not using any caching or CDN service on my website. I have also tried after clear my browser cache, in incognito mode as well as on different browser. But still the issue is not resolved. Have you checked the screenshot I have attached? I am getting an error in console.

    Hi there,

    we schedule to release a new update today.
    Please, waiting for new release and update the plugin version.
    After that make some tests and let me know if the new version solve your issue.
