Filter is on more than one page

    Hello!

    Thanks to the team.

    I’m in a problem with the filter. That is, I want the filter to show only in shop page. But it also displaying on other pages.

    Such as on the category page: https://www.21aboimela.com/categories/

    I hope there will be a solution.

    Hello sami35,

    Please go to the annasta Filters > Filter presets admin section, and check what you have in the “Displays on” column to the right of the preset name. If it writes “All pages”, click on the row to enter the preset settings. On the preset settings page scroll down to the “Display on” section, select “Shop pages” in the display pages dropdown underneath the “Display on” title, and push the “+” button to the right of the dropdown. The value in the table under the dropdown has to change to “Shop pages”. When it has, save your preset and go back to your site and check if the issue is resolved.

    If, on the other hand, you already have the “Shop pages” added in the “Display on” section of the preset settings, and the filters still show on all the site pages, we’re most likely talking about some major theme incompatibility issue.
