    It’s a pretty neat plugin. However, it doesn’t filter our categories if we want to show faq’s from a specific category. Atleast the shortcode I tried didn’t work. I hope Helpie support can assist me with this. Thank you!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We do have option for FAQ’s to be filtered by categories. You can use this Shortcode to filter by categories: [helpie_faq categories=xxxx](Remember you should provide the category id here instead of the name). You can check this article to know about how to find the category id.

    We also have integration with Elementor page builder which will also allow you to filter the faq by categories.

    Please do try it and let me know whether that helps.

    Thank you for the response. Got it worked. I have one more issue that is I’ve ordered the FAQ’s with numbers but they don’t display in that specific order on the page. I tried setting it to Ascending and descending but their order doesn’t effect. They’re displaying the opposite of what i’ve set.

    I just tested this and was able to reproduce it in our local. Thanks for the catch.

    I have added it to our bug tracker and have also notified this to my development team. I will make sure to let you know once there is a fix pushed up.

    Hi,

    Do you mean that the FAQ’s are not ordered correctly or the the FAQ categories? The FAQ’s should be ordered as you set. If this is not working, can you please give us your details and temporary admin access to your site so that I could check this down?
