Filter issue on category pages

  • Hi, I am currently using the free version and having an issue where on the product category pages the filters from the other categories are showing (rather than just showing the filters available for the products within that cateogry if that makes sense?) So for example I have hooks and weights as categories, then within the hooks category page it is showing the filter options for the weights and sub categories. And then if you click those it then displays the products that aren’t within the hooks

    I hope you’re doing well :D.

    I made a test on our live demo and I cannot reproduce the problem. If any product match the filter, the filter will not show.

    Probably it’s a conflict with other plugin or the way your page is created.

    Could you make a test and switch to a default theme like TwentySixteen?

    Also make a test only with WooCommerce and our YITH Ajax Product Filter.

    I have just changed the theme and deactivated all the plugins and I am still having the issue, is there anything else that could be causing this? and would it have the same issue if we had the premium plugin ?
