Filter Location/Region not working

First of all, thank you for your plugin, I’m using it for dropdown function instead of text input.

Unfortunately location/region filter works only if “Location” in job’s “Job Data” is filled up. So when my client creates new job, she has to check the “Job Region’s” checkbox and then fill whatever in “Location” text field. If she forget’s that step job cannot be found by selectbox.
