This post has 10 taxonomies.

I am using 1.2.6.1 and also try to use 1.2.9 version.

After I updated the max_input_vars to 10000 (Thanks to https://metabox.io/wordpress-custom-fields-not-saving-increase-max-input-vars/ tutorial) and clear all the cache on the website and on my computer the problem was solved.
