Filter not collapsing

Hi there,

Please go to https://sf.ewebhosting.co.za/shop/ > refer to the accordion “Filter by category” filter on the left
>> The client wants this filter to collapse each time the client searches, but currently it’s not always the case, i.e. go to https://sf.ewebhosting.co.za/product-category/baby-boys/ > select “0-3 months” under the “Filter by age” filter > the accordion widget/filter isn’t collapsed > after refreshing the page though, it’s collapsed again.
>> Can this be a max execution time issue, under he PHP settings (currently set to 1500), or one of the plugins causing a delay?
