Filter Not Showing results

  • Hello,

    l am currently using PWB to filter brands but l would like to move to your filter as its an all in one solution. l want to purchase the premium version but l am having an issue. When l filter by brand no results display. if l refresh the page the result appears. Unchecking the box has the same result. If l can overcome this issue and make sure the filters work ill install onto the site.

    Hi,

    The problem is that you have there 2 elements with products. First one is empty and has class product-categories-wrapper. Results are taken from that first element and populated in the products container. This is because you have configured products holder as ul.products and both containers have this element+class.

    Open plugin settings page tab Selectors and set for the products ul.ul_products

    Sorry one last questions is there an easy to import my existing brands that have been created in PWB to the BeRocket brands plugin?

    Our brands are saved as terms. Same as Categories are.

    You need to set brand field as a term. So it will find term with name you provided and link to the product as any other term.

    Sorry im not following your explanation, sorry im bit of a novice on the development side of WP. Can l change the existing brands ive created to be terms?
