Filter not visible

When you scroll down on the provided URL you’ll see the projects showing up. I just started with this plugin but I really like it.

But I have 1 problem which exists on the site, but also in the admin while building the layout. I can add filter and sort but only sort is showing up; filter is not.

I’ve tried other position (e.g. sort first, filter first), different options for filter (like dropdown or not, add count and so on). Nothing seems to trigger the filter to show up.

Can somebody tell me what I’m doing wrong?
