As you using premium version create please ticket here https://pluginus.net/support/forum/woof-woocommerce-products-filter/ with links to the site. Use private are if you do not want to publish your site links

I have the same problem. After I updated Woocommerce to the latest version, WOOF Filter doesn’t work.
