But I didnt use Elementor Builder for making Search Results Page. The Search Results Page I am having is the default woocommerce one. Still the filters are not working.

Not sure what exactly functionality you need from search plugin, but our plugin has compatibility with Relevanssi https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/relevanssi/
