Filter not working

    Hello, I would like to know why I cannot put the filters into operation. I want to put several posts on a page and that can be filtered by categories and hide the posts that do not belong to that category. It’s possible?
    In Header nothing appears about Filters, and in Style. Might you help me? Thanks in advance!!
