Filter Not working After update to latest version

  • Dear Supporters,

    i have just updated filter plugin to latest version (Version 1.5.0.2 ). unfortunately after the update filter not working. pagination and filter not getting expected result. could you please help me go back previous version or fix the issue…

    Hello,

    New version of the plugin has a lot of changes to the plugin core. As a result we have some issues now. We are working hard to fix this all asap.

    Could you please describe what means “not getting expected result”?

    You can download previous version of the plugin here – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woocommerce-ajax-filters/advanced/#plugin-download-history-stats
    Choose the version you want to download eg 1.4.2.3 and click download.

    BUT this is bad way if you have a lot of filters. There is no script to transfer filters structure back to previous version. So you will need to recreate the filters you have.

    Most of the issues will be fixed this week. It could be better to wait few days get the fixes for the issues you have.
