    Hello,

    I have a problem with the woobewoo plugin. I contacted the support but since I got no updates I thought I would write here in case other people encountered the same issue;

    I have a website in 6 languages. I have products and I created a filter with the plugin WooBeWoo. The plugin works perfectly with 5/6 languages, and I am loosing my mind over why.
    So only on one of my languages the filter are not working properly. The US part of my site.
    When I am on the page, I clik on a filter, and my products are filtered. Perfect.
    But If I refresh the page with the filter on, the results are not the same and almost every product / filters disappear.
    This a problem because I want to add a link on a page => to go to my product page with a filter active but the results are all wrong.

    I checked with my other languages, but the parameters are the same and the translations are up to date.
    I thought i could be a cache problem, but then why would the other languages work ?

    I should also mention that I have the project in a local environnement. I tried to change a parameter to my filter, and it seem to work netter! But I apply the same things online and it is not working.

    I am running out of ideas, and any suggestion is very welcome !
    Regards,
    Emma

    In case this helps someone.
    We managed to find out that the problem was caused by the WooCommerce Product search plugin.
