Filter now not showing in the sidebar

  • Hi,

    I am running the latest version of WP (4.6) and using the Ajax product filter on my shop page.

    For reason it was working previously(last week) and now all of a sudden it has disappeared. I haven’t installed any new plugins which would affect the plugin and I have made sure I have configured it correctly.

    The only thing I can think of is the new WP update has affected it?

    Please can you advise on how I can fix this?

  • Same here, AJAX products filter not working, not showing up. I’m trying to figure it out, on documentation looks really simple, but it just doesn’t work. The search widget works, but not the filter.

    Hi, thanks for the reply. Went through all the steps from that link, updated to 3.0.9 since that version was available, but it still doesn’t work. Product filters don’t show up.

    Hi,

    are you sure that you use the filter widget in a standard WooCommerce pages like shop or product taxonomies page ?

    @arabianmido in this forum we can try to help our user but, sometimes, find a solution need a test on your website directly, but this is not possible.

    We tested the plugin several times and works fine with twenty16 theme and latest WordPress/WooCommerce.

    Another test that you can try is to deactivate all plugins and reactivate it one by one to find if there is a problem with a 3rd party plugin.

    Can you try to test the plugin with twenty16 theme ? Works fine or not ?

    Same here. it doesn’t show up in WooCommerce archive page(site-domain.com/shop and site-domain.com/product-category/slug). I did everything @yiththemes told in the other thread.
    – Only 2 plugins are activated: “WooCommerce” and “Yith Product Ajax Filter”
    – Tested on twentyseventeen
    Here is my system info.
    – WP 4.7.3
    – Tested on both PHP 5.6.21 and 7.0.6
    – Yith Ajax Filter 3.3.1
    But the problem still persists. Any idea ?
