    Hi, can I create a filterable video gallery?
    I mean, how can I create a gallery by groups?,

    So, I need the user can see tabs and click the groups of video galleries that he would like to watch, is this possible?,

    Sorry reply late.
    For the groups, you can make the tabs then put shortcodes to each tabs.
    Recommend you use some page builder content to build that.
