I’ve moved a site from another shopping cart (1500 products) and a lot of disabled products have been moved across which have been correctly set to hidden.

In the move, not all the attributes were copied and so it’s necessary to manually add the missing ones. Is there any easy way of filtering out the hidden products from the lists or an easy fix to display the visibility column. Hope this is clear!

  • With Smart Manager:

you can show your products in a spreadsheet-like manner. You can enter “visibility is hidden” in the search box to identify your hidden products. An edit button allows product editing in-screen, though not sure if you can add attributes. You can try the free version to see if it works for you. If you find it limiting consider the premium version.

Then there is Admin Columns. You can try out the free version to see if you like it in general:

However you will have to buy the premium version to be able to add the product visibility column. Not tried this myself but looks good.

Thanks for replying. I’d already looked at Admin Columns and you’re right, both need Premium. I dusted off my rusty SQL skills and made the changes in the database ??
