Filter permalink issues

I’m using the plugin with WooCommerce product table. When filter permalinks are set to https://wordpress-shop.com/shop/?filters=taxonomy_name%5Bvalues%5D|taxonomy_name[values] filters work correctly.

The issue with this is if I include that link in a URL, like a Google Ad, the brackets are encoded like https://domain.com/projects/?filters=action_stage%5bdesign-development%5d and then the table always shows no product message.

I then try to change permalinks to https://wordpress-shop.com/shop/?filters=taxonomy_name/values|taxonomy_name/values but the filters are never applied correctly and the table shows no product message. This URL is not encoded if clicked on as a link, but the filters don’t work correctly.
