filter show an image from the content

  • Is there a filter to take an image from the content of the article and show it in the homepage ?

    i would have a little thumb near every description, but without use the excerpt

    More details? Your using a ‘static’ front page and want to pull images from articles not displayed on your front page? Kind of a teaser?

    what is a static front page ? I use the normal wordpress loop to show the latest article….i would add near every article an image extracted from the content of the article, without use everytime a custom HTMl code or an excerpt…i think is possible add a filter to take an image from the content and show it near every article
