• Hello, I am interested in your pro-variant. At the moment we use the free version and some things don’t work here. before we book the paid model, everything should work in the backend first. We have several lists. If we go to “subscribers” and only want to filter the confirmed subscribers of the woocommerce list, it doesn’t work. The subscribers of the other lists and even unsubscribed subscribers are also displayed. Is this error known? Here is a screenshot: https://ibb.co/zSdswrC

    Hello there @kaleu_87 ,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I can confirm this is not expected behaviour. You are not supposed to see unsubscribed subscribers when you select to view only the subscribers of a particular list. You will only see another list displayed if the subscriber is subscribed to multiple lists (see screenshot below):

I suspect this might be related to a theme or plugin conflict. The best next step to try here would be a conflict test. Testing to see if the issue occurs with only MailPoet active, and a default theme like Twenty Twenty would help to rule out any conflicts. We have a guide for conflict testing available here:?How to Test for Theme and Plugin Conflicts

Let us know what you’re able to find.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

    Have a great day!

I found out, that this problem is only in the list “woocommerce customers”. The other lists are correct and only show subscribers.
