    I bought this product to work with my woo commerce website – https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-support-ticket-system/17930050
    When products are purchased, customers can submit tickets for the product. Tickets come through in the form of emails which are readable with the option to reply in the backend of wordpress based on roles (admin). My problem is I only want vendors to see their tickets for their products not all tickets / all products. I did install a plugin that allows me to assign a vendor to a product in the form of post author. Is there a way to filter the tickets so that users will only see their tickets I think based on user id linked with products would make the most sense. I can add a roles plugin but I still need a way to automate assigning tickets as I don’t have the time to manually assign each ticket.

    I have to say that this support forum is for the Free version of the plugin only. Support requests for the PRO version should be written in the comments section of the page, where you purchased the plugin. Plase, write your support request in the appropriate page.
