Filter to add class to svg element to track button click

  • Dear Shariff Wrapper dev,

    first thanks a lot for this nice plugin ??

    Would it be possible to implement a filter to add classes to the different <svg> service elements?

    The reason I’m asking is because I would like to track with Google Tag Manager & Analytics how many users actually do click the share buttons.

    To do so I would need a class which is currently no set on the svg element.

    With a filter I could add the classes to the different buttons and then would be able to track the click of the button.

    wouldn’t that be a nice future feature?

    Hello again,

    GTM has the option to do click tracking via click elements and matching CSS selectors. this way there’s no need to add an additional class to svg element.

    please consider this topic as resolved ??
