filter to exclude inline and enqueued scripts from optimization?

    Is there a filter with which I can exclude certain inline and enqueued scripts from optimization?

    You can simply exclude them in the settings: Optimization > Scripts > Exclude Scripts and Exclude Inline Scripts

    Alternatively you can move them to the footer with Footer Scripts and Footer Inline Scripts options.

    I need to do it from within my plugin using a filter. Is there a filter your plugin provides for this?
